In 2021 we launched our Accelerate strategy to transform our business. Thanks to the fantastic work of our teams, we have now successfully transformed into a pureplay automotive Distributor. Key highlights include:
- Developing our winning One Inchcape culture and spirit of innovation, helping us attract and retain talent and making Inchcape a great place to work.
- Welcoming new colleagues through seven acquisitions, including Derco – the largest in over 50 years.
- Tripling the number of our OEM partnerships to over sixty and doubling our market presence.
- Providing enhanced customer experiences through our Data Analytics Program (DAP), Digital eXperience Platform (DXP) and our team of over 1,500 digital experts.
- Embedding our Responsible Business Plan, helping us reduce our annual direct emissions by 31% since 2019.
