Celebrating International Women’s Day 2024

We’re in full support of International Women’s Day – today, and every day. Every single day we all have a role to play towards creating a more inclusive world in everything we do. Here’s how Inchcape has been shaping a better world, as a global business, by working to #INSPIREINCLUSION:

• 13% increase in senior female talent since 2020.
• 70% of global alumni from our Women into Leadership program have progressed into new opportunities and we’re now building a talent program to support female talent across all levels.
• Introduction of an inclusive hiring program alongside our comprehensive Inclusion & Diversity training.
