Peugeot Australia Supports Lifeline Macarthur and Western Sydney

As part of Inchcape’s Responsible Business activities, we aim to have a positive impact in our local communities, and as part of this our Peugeot Australia team are proud to support Lifeline Macarthur’s Mobile Café initiative. Peugeot has provided the Lifeline Macarthur and Western Sydney team with a Peugeot Expert van that provides critical access to mental health services and crisis support at community events.

The aim of the Lifeline Mobile Café is to provide a warm and inviting environment, at various events throughout the Western Sydney region, for members of the community to share a beverage, have a chat and access crisis support.

In 2022, the Mobile Café initiative was awarded the Suicide Prevention Australia LiFE Award, NSW Workplace category. The Workplace Award recognises a business or employer that promotes suicide prevention in the workplace or demonstrates an active contribution to address, prevent, or respond to suicidal behaviours and their impact within the community more broadly.

It is fantastic to see our Responsible Business plan in action and Peugeot Australia is humbled to play a role in supporting this important community initiative.
