Inchcape appointed Australian distributor for Changan EV brand DEEPAL

Inchcape has been appointed the Australian distributor for DEEPAL – an all-electric brand from Changan Automobile – starting from Q4 2024.

The partnership with DEEPAL marks Inchcape’s sixth deal of 2024 as the company consolidates as a pureplay distributor. This new partnership is recognition of Inchcape’s unparalleled experience in distribution, its in-depth market knowledge, and advanced digital capabilities for serving brand partners and customers as it seeks to be partner of choice for OEMs.

With electric vehicles (EVs) projected to grow in the Australian market over the coming years, the partnership between DEEPAL and Inchcape serves growing demand and plays to Inchcape’s strengths in delivering the mobility transition.

Recent contract wins in Australia underline Inchcape’s ambitions there and across APAC as the company consolidates as a multi-brand distributor.
