Inchcape completes sale of UK Retail operations to Group One for £346m

Inchcape plc is pleased to announce the completion of the sale of its UK Retail operations  to Group 1 for £346m. This successful transaction marks a significant milestone in Inchcape’s journey to become a pureplay Distribution business. The shift in focus means the Group should now deliver higher returns, margin and cash generation, while being more capital-light.
