This edition of ‘In the driving seat’, focusing on ‘Our Distribution Model’, took viewers through Inchcape’s commercial and financial dynamics, its technology, its partnerships with OEM partners (Original Equipment Manufacturers) and the benefits Inchcape brings through value-added services, including Finance & Insurance and Parts.

Central to Inchcape’s capabilities and value is its digital and data capabilities and the company’s Chief Digital Officer, Mark Dearnley, took attendees through the details of this and the progress we’ve made in developing an industry-leading experience for our consumers. Liz Brown, Chief Strategy Officer, presented on Inchcape’s expertise in leading productive, long-term relationships with multiple OEMs. Adrian Lewis, Chief Financial Officer, talked about the key financial dynamics of automotive distribution.
