In the country we are responsible for the distribution of Subaru and Suzuki, providing financing, sales and after-sales services, accompanying our customers throughout the life cycle of the vehicle.

In May 2022, Inchcape announced the successful acquisition of ITC & Simpson Motors, owned by the Simpson family and responsible for building the automotive industry over the past 50 years in the Caribbean in places such as Barbados and Puerto Rico.
Today, we have an extensive presence in the Caribbean in more than 30 territories, including Jamaica, Guadeloupe, Trinidad and Tobago and Martinique.
Our team in the Caribbean is comprised of over 200 associates who deliver great experiences to our customers through the distribution of the following brands: Crhysler, Dodge, Jeep, Mercedes-Benz, Mitsubishi, RAM, Subaru and Suzuki.
In machinery, we work with: FUSO, JCB, John Deere, Isuzu and Western Star.

Chile was the country where we started our operations in Latin America with the sale of BMW vehicles and parts, back in 1994, beginning a journey of expansion and growth in the region.
In 2016 Inchcape Chile took a strategic step by acquiring Indumotora, consolidating its presence in the country thanks to new distribution contracts with Mini and Geely and the acquisitions of Ditec and Derco in 2022.
Inchcape Chile is the group’s largest operation globally, with more than 3,700 employees and a broad product portfolio offering through the distribution of BMW, BMW Motorrad, Mini, Rolls Royce, DFSK, Geely, Subaru, Suzuki, Mazda, Renault, Haval, GWM, Changan, JAC, Volvo, Jaguar, Land Rover and Porsche.

In 2015 Inchcape acquired Praco Didacol, a prominent company in the automotive sector in the country, marking the beginning of our operations in Colombia.
Inchcape Colombia is made up of more than 1,500 workers who are responsible for providing a comprehensive service that considers sales, financing and after-sales services, accompanying our customers throughout the vehicle cycle.
In Colombia we work with Suzuki, Citroën, DS Automobiles, DFSK, Seres, Subaru, Jaguar and Land Rover.

In 2020, Inchcape acquired the distribution of the Mercedes-Benz Passenger Cars business from Daimler Colombia. This decision has consolidated our presence in the Colombian market.
We have a network of 6 authorised dealers nationwide and 14 showrooms, backed by a solid after-sales service in more than 17 workshops throughout the country, positioning Mercedes-Benz, hand in hand with Inchcape, as a brand that offers great experiences to our customers.
We currently represent and distribute the most prestigious Mercedes-Benz sub-brands, including AMG, EQ, G-Class and Maybach. These sub-brands represent the forefront of innovation, performance, luxury and sustainability in the automotive industry.
In 2022, Inchcape continued to execute its expansion plans in Colombia by reacquiring the Mercedes-Benz Vans operation from Daimler Colombia. In 2018 Inchcape acquired Vetrasa, a company that had been in Costa Rica since 1983 and had a very strong Suzuki presence.
We currently distribute the JAC, Changan and Suzuki brands in 7 branches throughout the country, and we have an excellent team of almost 400 collaborators who accompany our customers throughout the life cycle of their vehicle.
Our history in Costa Rica has been successful, consistently obtaining a 2-digit market share performance, standing out in the Latin American ranking of Suzuki service workshops and maintaining us in the top 10 in the world.

Inchcape Ecuador began operations in 2019, after completing the successful acquisition of Autolider. Currently, our company is dedicated to the distribution of the Mercedes-Benz, Freightliner, Western Star and Geely brands, and we have a team of more than 150 employees and 8 showcases located in 4 important cities in Ecuador: Quito, Ambato, Cuenca and Guayaquil.
Following our vision of leadership and expansion, we are pleased to announce that we have established a distribution agreement with Geely, the leading brand in the automotive sector in China.
This agreement gives us the opportunity to introduce cutting-edge hybrid vehicles to the Ecuadorian market and further diversify our product portfolio.
We continue working to strengthen our presence in the market and consolidate our position as a reference in the automotive industry of Ecuador.

As part of Inchcape’s expansion strategy in the Caribbean and Central America, in 2020 we established ourselves in El Salvador as the exclusive representative of Daimler brands in this market.
Today, our organisation has more than 45 highly trained and committed employees, who play a key role in the successful distribution of Mercedes-Benz, Freightliner and Western Star.
In 2023, we continued our expansion in this market and became a Geely distributor, expanding our footprint in the region.
This investment reaffirms our confidence in El Salvador as an attractive country with great potential for our regional growth.

In 2021, as part of Inchcape Americas’ strong growth strategy in Central America, we announced our successful expansion in Guatemala in partnership with the Daimler Group. As a leader in the automotive industry, we have taken on the responsibility of distributing the Freightliner, Western Star and Mercedes-Benz brands.
In addition, we have recently taken a significant step in our trajectory in Guatemala by acquiring the distribution of Geely. This strategic partnership has allowed us to expand our market share and further strengthen our brand portfolio, placing us in a privileged position to satisfy the diverse needs and preferences of our customers.

Inchcape Panama started in 2018 after the acquisition of Vetrasa, a consolidated company in the country and of great importance for the Suzuki brand. Today we have operations in the country, focusing on the Suzuki brand and with more than 7 branches throughout the country.
We are proud to be one of the Suzuki dealers with 2 digit market share in the region, and to have recently obtained the number 1 position in the Latin American ranking in quality of Suzuki service workshops.
