Jaime has over 22 years of experience in senior management positions, with a distinguished track record in general management, e-commerce and strategic consulting, both in the United States and Latin America. He holds an MBA in Management and Finance from Columbia Business School and previously studied Economics at the University of the Andes (Colombia).

He has a strong focus on problem solving and a proven track record in scaling operations and sustained business growth.

Rafael Prado is the Automotive Director at Inchcape Peru and part of the leadership team in Peru. He has more than nine years of experience with the company and more than 28 years of management experience, with a solid career in sales, marketing, business development and strategy.

In the last 12 months, he has managed to increase gross profit by more than 10% year-on-year, maintaining a gross margin of 13%, and has contributed to consolidating Inchcape as the undisputed leader in the automotive market in Peru, achieving a market share of 23.6%. He also drove record results for the Changan brand, positioning it as the fourth brand in the total market and the leader among Chinese brands.

He has played a key role in the development of the new Operating Model, strengthening the coordination between the Wholesale and Retail units, clarifying roles and responsibilities, and reinforcing the relationship with the dealer network. In addition, he has actively participated in Route to Market projects, focused on team reorganisation and cost efficiency.

Prior to joining Inchcape, he spent most of his career in marketing in companies in various sectors such as automotive, consumer goods, financial services and education, holding senior management positions in companies such as Alicorp and AFP Integra. He holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.

Sergio Pesque is Director of Business Development & Planning for the Andean Cluster (Peru and Bolivia) at Inchcape and a member of the leadership team in Peru. He has more than six years of experience with the company and solid expertise in business development, strategic planning, innovation, and high-value brand management.

In his current role, he has built the Business Development & Planning function from scratch, implementing an effective operating model that has generated concrete results, such as the development of market predictability tools and the creation of a customer database in Bolivia.

During his brand management, he has led outstanding financial and commercial results. At Mazda, he achieved +12% growth in gross profit versus AOP in 2025, strengthening the brand strategy. In 2023, he achieved a contribution margin of +3.5%, increased market share by +25% and was recognised with the Cascade Award for Best Corporate Project, consolidating historic growth of 40%, along with significant improvements in NPS and brand health. At Renault, he drove 19% revenue growth in the second half of 2024, with a 108% increase in gross profit and a margin improvement from 4.7% to 8.2%.

Prior to Inchcape, he developed his career at Alicorp, where he held key positions as Brand Marketing Manager and Head of Innovation, leading transformation, innovation and new category development projects.

He is known for his strong commercial and analytical profile, with a solid financial background and extensive experience in project management and agile methodologies. As a leader, he stands out for his ability to develop high-performance teams, influence multiple stakeholders across the board and lead change and sustainable transformation processes in complex and multicultural environments.

Fiorela Mendoza is People Director of the Southern Andean Cluster (Peru and Bolivia) at Inchcape and a member of the leadership team in Peru. She has over 20 years of experience in people management, leading organisational transformations, integrations, operating models and talent strategies in multinational companies across various industries.

In recent years, she has successfully led the Inchcape–Derco integration, ensuring compliance with ICS standards and an enhanced employee experience. Under his leadership, key milestones were achieved, such as the harmonisation of benefits across five companies, the implementation of the Cintellate security system, the adoption of a hybrid working model, and the modernisation of offices with new security infrastructure. He also reorganised the People function by leveraging the People Services, COEs, and Business Partners operating model.

He has executed three waves of organisational restructuring, including the closure and transfer of 10 locations, achieving a 15% optimisation of headcount without operational disruptions and generating labour synergies of USD 1.5 million, in addition to total estimated savings of USD 2.2 million by 2025.

He was instrumental in the design and implementation of the Automotive Operating Model, creating a scalable organisational platform that enabled an estimated 10% over-execution versus AOP 2025. He also led the creation of the Andean Cluster operating model, enabling collaboration and synergies between Peru and Bolivia without negatively impacting engagement.

In terms of culture and talent, he has promoted a solid agenda of diversity, inclusion and development, achieving 27.5% female representation in B4+ positions, 1.5% of employees with disabilities and strengthening attraction, development and retention practices. Under his management, Inchcape was ranked for the first time in Merco Talento Perú (2024) with an improvement of +29 positions, received the Pacifico Prize for Safety & Risk Management 2024 and scaled the Yo Me Muevo Seguro Kids programme from Peru to the Americas region. In engagement, it reached 83% at the Andean level in 2025, exceeding Inchcape's global average, with outstanding results in Bolivia (90%) and Peru (79%).

Prior to Inchcape, she held leadership positions in People at companies such as Paysafe, BBVA, Ingredion and AB InBev, leading talent, HR business partnering and organisational transformation at the local and regional levels.

Gerardo Peramás is a strategic financial leader with more than 25 years of international experience in organisational transformation and operational excellence. He currently serves as Finance Director of the Andean Cluster at Inchcape, where he oversees the financial strategy for key markets in the region, having previously successfully led the financial management for the Central America and Caribbean cluster (CARCAM).

His career is built on a solid foundation of 16 years at Deloitte, where he rose to the position of Partner in the Consulting and Assurance areas. He subsequently consolidated his leadership in the corporate sector at Derco, serving as Finance Director and Internal Audit and Compliance Manager, roles in which he was instrumental in strengthening the organisation's control structures and financial health.

Throughout his career, Gerardo has stood out for his ability to generate measurable impact on the business. His most recent achievements include optimising working capital by developing new business models in Costa Rica, implementing centres of excellence and control systems in multiple Latin American markets, and leading tax recovery projects that significantly improved cash flow in Peru.

Gerardo combines a rigorous analytical vision with a remarkable capacity for influence and cross-functional collaboration. His current focus is on developing strategic commercial and operational capabilities, aligning his experience in finance and auditing with a comprehensive business vision.

Francisco Zeballos is an executive leader with an outstanding track record in managing value-added services, strategic transformation and operational excellence. He currently serves as Value Added Services Director at Inchcape Peru, where he leads the country's leadership team and manages the integration of financial and insurance solutions to enhance the competitiveness of the business.

His professional career has been characterised by constant evolution in senior management roles. Prior to his current position, Francisco held the positions of Director of Distribution Excellence and Transformation at Inchcape, and has more than four years of previous experience at Derco as Transformation/Strategy Manager. He consolidated his operational base during almost a decade at Aceros Arequipa, where he led the Operational Excellence department based on Lean and Six Sigma management systems.

Over the past year, Francisco has driven critical technological and financial milestones for the organisation. Under his leadership, BROKER ENGINE was deployed as the central financing platform and CAMALEON, Inchcape's insurance platform, was expanded. These initiatives, together with the signing of strategic contracts with top-tier banking partners such as Santander and BBVA, enabled 40% growth in total revenue, highlighting a 126% increase in insurance volume and a 31% improvement in used vehicle profitability.

Francisco is distinguished by his ability to lead technology-enabled transformations and his experience in managing complex business structures that combine import and retail models. He is a globally mobile leader, bilingual in Spanish and English, who has successfully managed teams of more than 325 people and post-acquisition integration processes. His current focus is on applying Artificial Intelligence to business transformation and strengthening strategic relationships with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).

Daniel Vargas is a senior executive with more than 20 years of experience specialising in logistics, sales and operations planning (S&OP) and commercial management in the Andean region. He currently serves as Logistics and S&OP Director for the Southern Andean Cluster at Inchcape, a position from which he leads the supply chain strategy for the region after successfully taking control of operations in Peru during the first half of 2025.

His career at Inchcape spans more than 12 years, notably including his previous role as Director of Operations and Logistics in Bolivia between 2013 and 2025. Before joining the company, he consolidated his experience over a decade at DISTRIQUIM as Logistics Manager and in international transport, developing a comprehensive profile that combines technical operational knowledge with a commercial and business development vision.

In the last year, his management has achieved critical levels of operational excellence for the organisation, achieving 100% inventory accuracy in Bolivia and a 99% on-time delivery (OTIF) indicator for units. Among his most recent milestones are the creation of the regional S&OP area for the Andean Cluster and a 50% reduction in spare parts inventory months (MOS) in Bolivia, significantly optimising the financial and operational efficiency of the area.

His current vision is focused on consolidating his leadership in the Andean cluster and successfully adapting logistics processes to the Peruvian market.

Erwin Ludmann is a senior executive with more than 15 years of experience leading complex operations, global brand management and international supply chains. He currently serves as Automotive & Machinery Director at Inchcape, where he is responsible for the strategic direction of key brands and the machinery segment, consolidating his leadership after previously heading the machinery division and general management of Dercomaq in Peru.

His professional training includes a five-year stint at Procter & Gamble, where he held strategic positions such as Strategic Category Planning Manager and Global Production Planning Manager in Germany and Switzerland. Under his leadership, JAC PV's monthly sales rose from 350 to 600 units, while JAC Trucks increased its market share from 7.2% to 8.2%. Also noteworthy is the successful introduction of the XCMG brand in the construction segment and the securing of a strategic 5-year rental contract with Sodimac, marking the largest rental business milestone to date in Peru.

Mirtha Vidalon is a prominent executive in the automotive sector with 20 years of experience in marketing, business development and strategic commercial management. She currently serves as Retail & Network Director at Inchcape, forming part of the leadership team in Peru. In her current role, she oversees the performance of all sales channels in the Automotive Mainstream division, which represents 55% of the market's gross profit.

Her professional career includes senior roles in leading companies in the sector. Prior to her current position, she was Retail Manager for Hyundai and emerging brands at Automotores Gildemeister, and held management positions in truck and marketing divisions at corporations such as Ferreycorp and Indumotora. In the last year, Mirtha has led fundamental operational milestones that have transformed the profitability of the business. Under her leadership, the Dealer Network Optimisation project was implemented, increasing the share of the third-party network to 75% and achieving an execution rate of 2.4 million in gross profit. In the last year, Eduardo has led the implementation of the new Digital & IT operating model at the cluster level, the rollout of infrastructure and systems for the new spare parts warehouse, the Discovery phase of the 3DP platform, as well as automation and cost optimisation programmes, generating significant impacts on efficiency and operational control.

Antonio Rivera is a senior executive with nearly eight years of experience at Inchcape, specialising in premium automotive segment management and after-sales operations optimisation. He currently serves as Premium Automotive Director, leading the luxury brand strategy in the Andean Cluster after having held various technical and service leadership roles within the organisation.

His career at Inchcape has been characterised by sustained growth, rising from technical support and process engineering roles to service management for brands such as Subaru and after-sales management for the BMW Group.
